How to Order Online
1. All catering requests should be submitted via CaterTrax. A shortcut is also linked on the Newport Beach Office Pulse page.
2. You will receive a confirmation email from Nina Amnuaiporn, Guckenheimer GM, within 24hours of receiving the catering request.
Lead Time: To the extent possible, place catering requests at least 72 hours prior to the date of the event. Short notice requests can be challenging due to limited ingredients and staffing.
Minimum order: 3 people
Orders for less than 3 people are not eligible for catered delivery: Please place an order via ChowNow. A shortcut is also linked on the Newport Beach Office Pulse page. The order will be available for pick up in the Coastal Cafe (2nd floor) at the ChowNow pick up location. Please specify if china/silverware are needed. Otherwise, disposable dishware will be provided.
Cancellation Policy: All orders canceled with less than 24hr notice will be charged in full.
Set up and Clean up: Consider adding 20-30min time buffer prior to meeting start and end.
Multiple Services: Since staffing is limited, try to bundle services (e.g. drinks should be delivered with meals vs a separate delivery).
If a delivery needs to be delayed (e.g. lunch) please notify the General Manager via email or phone as soon as possible. The team will not stand by for an extended period of time waiting to go into the room as this impacts other services being provided.
Clean up delays: In case a conference room is not available/meeting is running long, if timing allows staff will circle back for clean-up.
If the meeting ends after 3:30pm PT the room will be cleaned the next morning by/before 6:00am PT, please keep this in mind and reserve the room accordingly.
Current Catering menu is attached for reference, this will be expanded in CaterTrax once normal service and staffing levels return.
